This is a novel sociological paper. The Introduction summarizes the literature on "regulatory product bans." I learned about product warnings as an alternative to product bans. The Conclusion effectively explains the behavior of regulatory organizations, primarily the FDA. I learned about the application of game theory to sociological problems.
Unfortunately the paper does not conclude after the Conclusion. Rather, the Conclusion is followed by Proof of Lemma 1 and Proof of Lemma 2 and Proof of Lemma 3. Excuse me? Do not imagine I fear equations. Proof: I graduated with a B.A. in Physics from the University of Kentucky. Yet equations do not elicit moral passion from the LIBERTARIAN BIOETHICS BLOG.
What is the plumbline libertarian position on the banning of drugs by regulators? The banning of drugs by regulators is a crime, for such bans are acts of aggression against the persons who own the banned drugs because these bans prohibit the owners from selling their justly acquired products to willing consumers. Notice no equations were required for this explanation.
