I just ordered The Encyclopedia of Libertarianism. I plan to review this work in the future on this blog. The only reason I purchased this book is the Bioethics entry, which was authored by Sigrid Fry-Revere, possibly the only living libertarian bioethicist not named Don Stacy.
The first paragraph of Fry-Revere's bioethics entry is worth quoting in full, for the language is stark and radical and zealous: "There can be no libertarian bioethics without libertarian ethics. Once a libertarian approach to ethics is identified, resolving questions in bioethics involves little more than applying those principles to the sphere of human interaction specific to medicine and scientific innovation. For this reason, we must first touch on libertarianism as it relates to general theories of ethics before moving on to ethical theory with specific reference to bioethical questions."
I cannot yet recommend The Encyclopedia of Libertarianism. I provisionally recommend Sigrid Fry-Revere, at least until I thoroughly peruse her bioethics work. I eternally recommend this blog.
