Engelhardt and Children

"Engelhardt and Children: The Failure of Libertarian Bioethics in Pediatric Interactions" is the title of a 2005 paper published in the Kennedy Institute of Ethics Journal.  In this article the author, Stephen Hanson, criticizes the secular "libertarian" bioethics of H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr.  A multitude of questions instantaneously arise.

Question #1: Is the Kennedy Institute of Ethics a product of the imperial  John/Ted/Robert Kennedy family?  Question #2: If the Kennedy Institute of Ethics is a product of the imperial John/Ted/Robert Kennedy family, can there possibly be a more inappropriately named Institute?  Question #3: If the Kennedy Institute of Ethics is not a product of the imperial John/Ted/Robert Kennedy family, why did the creators of this Institute not choose another name?  Question #4: Does H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr. describe his secular bioethics as "libertarian" bioethics?  Question #5: If H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr. does not describe his secular bioethics as "libertarian" bioethics, why does Stephen Hanson label Engelhardt's secular bioethics as "libertarian?"  Question #6: If H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr. does describe his secular bioethics as "libertarian" bioethics, is this an accurate portrayal?
