Theoretically, libertarian bioethics neither endorses nor disavows the four TB/JC basic bioethical principles. Pragmatically, libertarian bioethics endorses the four TB/JC principles when they are not in conflict with the fundamental libertarian rational natural-rights ethic (self-ownership and original appropriation and non-aggression) and disavows the four TB/JC principles when they are in conflict with the fundamental rational natural-rights ethic (self-ownership and original appropriation and non-aggression).
The next four blog posts will analyze, sequentially, the four TB/JC fundamental bioethical principles from the libertarian rational natural-rights ethic viewpoint.
